Apple cider vinegar: I have recently discover the benefits of the apple cider vinegar (added to many cooking and baking recipes) and I have to say that it is quite impressive. First, it contains pectins and antibiotics properties which help fighting intestinal issues, then the acetic acid in the vinegar can lower bad cholesterol present in blood, it also can prevent indigestion before big meals and fight flu during winter by healing throat and clearing stuffy nose. How to consume it: add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water, add two teaspoons of maple syrup (agave or honey) and drink it. You can also add a dash of cinnamon or a bit of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a detox drink.
