Girls! Be ready! I found THE place where you can eat the best pancake in Paris! A huuuuge pancake slightly caramelized with grilled almonds, ice sugar and pears: Delicious! Ok, before getting in more details about the pancake which I can talk about for hours, let's me describe you this breakfast delicatessen, Früshstück in German: CLAUS!

Located in the first area, it is a tiny white place where everything is about breakfast: my paradise! As soon as you get in, there is a big counter full of baby pastries: cookies, madeleines, muffins, cakes scones etc. Right in front, there is a big shelfs where you can find granola, teas, milk, cacao powder, everything you want for breakfast can be found in this shelf. When you go upstairs, it is really cute, carpet on the floor, big colored cushions recover the sofa, you feel like if you were at a girls sleepover.

On the menu, 5 different choice of breakfasts going from 16€ to 32€, for every taste and everyone. And obviously, as a massive fan of pancake my choice was clear from the beginning. My sister - who is more into salty food (not sure if we are sisters after all) - chose salmon on toast with poached eggs and spinach, which was delicious too, but for nothing on earth I would have given up my pancake for that, actually it was her who wanted to take a bite of my pancake every two minutes. Grrr! To go along with our delicious plate, we chose two cold press juices: one was cucumber spinach celery pears and lemon and the other one was strawberries, apple, orange and raspberries.

The only negative aspect i would say was that - except if you chose the pancake - is that if you are really angry and you are looking for a big breakfast, you will feel a bit disappointed unless you pay 32€! So briefly: don't go with a man, otherwise he will most certainly buy a sandwich as soon as he stepped out. But other than that, the waiters were really nice, suggesting some meals and advising which type of breakfasts will best suit your hunger, meals are really well presented and dessert of course are delicious!

To all girls out there who wanna test/taste this breakfast delicatessen: GO! And don't forgot to take the pancake ;)
