Brighten your day!

This juicing recipe is a sweet tasting, refreshing drink that cleanses the body and provides many essential vitamins and minerals in a quick and easy form. This juice is perfect for your skin and provide all your body needs to ingest each day. I'm about to start a two day detox which will consist of having juices for breakfast and snack and soups for lunch and dinner. I would like to test those detox everyone is talking about in order to see if it is good for myself or not, if we can train properly without feeling dizzy, stay focused and not feel tempted by other food. I'm also doing it to check if I can see positive effects on my skin, my wellbeing and if I see improvement on my sleep. I will let you know and share with you my soup recipes!

Idea for your first juice for the first day : 2 big glasses

  • 3 carrots
  • 2 oranges 
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 lemons
  • 10 grams of ginger 
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 6 ice cubes
