Molten Chocolate Soufflé

My mum is the master of soufflé (and many others things, but especially soufflé) so when I asked her about her recipe and tried it at home, it wasn't how it was supposed to be. But when it comes to dessert, soufflés are one of the trickier. I like to call it: the suspense-dessert, as you can never be sure if you succeeded making it or not, as long as you didn't take it out of the oven and wait for at least 5 minutes, to see if it is going to scramble or not. So, I was actively looking for a recipe that could be: easy, greedy and full of chocolate, and I found THE perfect recipe that will rock your diner party! A recipe created by chefs, explained step by step with pictures and special advices. Besides the fact that it is easy to make, the soufflés are also incredibly delicious. Just out of the oven, still warm, this soufflé is complete heaven!
